Enrolling in our Sana Sana program is very easy. Follow these steps on our website:
Go to https://sanasana.com.
• On the main page, select Enroll.
• Expand the list of programs and choose the profile that best suits your needs.
• In the payment frequency section, select monthly or annual and press "Continue".
• Fill in the information requested in the form to create your account.
• Verify that the name of the selected profile is correct and press "Continue".
• Enter your card details where the charge will be made.
• Check the boxes "I accept the terms and conditions" and "I accept the privacy statement", then press "Finish".
• Wait a few seconds while the system processes the payment.
• Once the payment has been successfully processed, please send us a photo or screenshot of the confirmation to complete the process.

• Your direct benefits with Sana Sana are available immediately after your enrollment is complete. For example, you can schedule laboratory tests or imaging studies the same day you enroll.
• Benefits with Hospital CIMA can be applied immediately after enrollment. If the patient has a scheduled surgery at Hospital CIMA within 24 hours of enrollment or is already admitted to the hospital for any reason, the annual membership fee must be paid before hospital-related benefits begin.
• For benefits with other Sana Sana providers, there is a three-day waiting period before benefits can be used.

The payment method is through automatic debit. At the time of your enrollment, the card details you wish to use for payments are registered, and from that point on, charges are applied automatically to that card.

You do not need a membership card to identify yourself or to use your Sana Sana benefits. Simply let the Sana Sana provider know that you are a member when scheduling a service. We do not have a card; when using your benefits, you just need to state that you are a Sana Sana member and, with your ID, the staff will apply the benefits.

The program is designed to provide you with benefits over a 12-month period, as this time allows for continuous support and more significant results for your health and well-being. While there is no mandatory commitment period, we recommend taking full advantage of the program to obtain all the benefits and meet your health goals.

At the moment, for hospital services, benefits are only redeemable at Hospital CIMA. However, we have external providers such as Sigma Dental, Best Care, and Emergencias Médicas, with which some benefits can be used outside the hospital.

No, Sana Sana is not an insurance. It is a program designed to support and promote a healthy lifestyle that accompanies you through the different stages of your life and your journey toward a longer and healthier life.

It can be used with an insurance plan as long as it is through reimbursement, where you pay the full amount with the discounts and the insurer reimburses you the amount covered under your policy. If it is by pre-approval letter, Sana Sana discounts cannot be applied, but many other benefits such as home care, health guidance, preventive medicine benefits, etc., can still be used.

It is performed by Sana Sana general practitioners at Hospital CIMA.

No medical referral is required to access Sana Sana services, except for imaging studies in Radiology.

Currently, our discounts apply only to tests prescribed by the doctor; we do not offer discounts on the cost of medical appointments.

Yes, it includes Holter monitor services.

This is an exclusive VIP assistance service within the hospital. We guarantee priority care, guide you through all processes, coordinate appointments, and provide the support you need.

No, you can access these services an unlimited number of times; you can use them as many times as you need throughout the year.

The hospitalization discount applies to all types of hospitalization, not just surgeries.

We currently do not offer discounts in ophthalmology. However, you can receive a 40% discount on tests requested by a specialist and performed at Hospital CIMA.

This means that your initial consultation with the on-call doctor in the emergency room at Hospital CIMA is completely free, up to three times per year.
