About me
I am Geovanna Castillo Sandí, Licentiate in Psychology (CPPCR 13531), with certified training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and third-generation contextual approaches. My private practice specializes in supporting children, young adults, and adults, providing evidence-based tools to promote psychological flexibility and emotional well-being. I actively collaborate with Terapias Contextuales Costa Rica and facilitate talks and workshops for the corporate sector. My commitment to social responsibility is reflected in my volunteer work with Fundación Partir con Dignidad, where I contribute to providing compassionate and dignified support. My goal is to offer a safe and professional therapeutic space where each person can work toward building a life aligned with their values.Geovanna Castillo Sandi
