• Joining our Sana Sana program is easy. Just follow these steps on our website:
Go to https://sanasana.com .
• On the homepage, click Sign Up .
• Under "Choose Program", browse the list and select the profile that best fits your needs.
• In "Set Payment Frequency", choose between "Annual fee" or "Monthly fee", then click "Continue".
• Under "Create Account", fill in all the required information.
• In the "Payment Summary" section, review your selected plan and click "Continue".
• Under "Payment Details", enter your card information securely.
• Check the boxes for "I accept the terms and conditions" and "I accept the privacy statement", then click "Finish".
• Wait a few seconds while the system processes your payment.
• Once your payment is successfully processed, please send us a screenshot or photo of the confirmation to complete your enrollment.

• Your direct Sana Sana benefits are available after your enrollment is completed.
• For example, you can schedule your health assessment or use telemedicine services right way.
• Benefits with Hospital CIMA are available immediately after enrollment.
• For benefits with other Sana Sana providers, there is a three-day waiting period before you can utilize the benefits.

The payment method is through automatic deduction. At the time of your affiliation, the details of the card you wish to use for payments are registered, and from then on, charges are automatically applied to that card.

A membership card is not required to identify you or to use your Sana Sana benefits. We do not have a card; at the time of redeeming your benefits, you just need to indicate that you are a Sana Sana member, and with your identification, the staff will apply the benefits.

The program is designed to provide you with benefits over a period of 12 months, as this time allows for continuous support and more significant results in your health and well-being. While there is no mandatory duration, we recommend taking full advantage of the complete program to reap all the benefits and achieve your health goals.

For the moment, in terms of hospital services, the benefits are only redeemable at CIMA hospital; however, we have external providers such as Sigma Dental, Best Care, and Medical Emergencies, with whom there are some benefits you can use outside of the hospital.

No exclusions here—pre-existing conditions are fully included.

It covers a large part of the GAM, however, if you want to know if your area is covered, you can call 7262-7262.

There are no distance or mileage limits for home visits—only a restriction for areas classified as high-risk.

No, Sana Sana is not insurance. It is a program designed to support and promote a healthy lifestyle to sustain you through the various stages of your life and health journey.

It can be applied with insurance as long as it is through reimbursement, where you pay the total amount with the discounts, and they reimburse you the amount they cover. If it is through a pre-approval letter, Sana Sana cannot be applied.

Most testing services are available without a referral. Certain imaging studies in Radiology require a doctor's order, however.

Now, discounts apply only to tests ordered by your doctor, not the actual medical consultation fee.

Yes, Holter services are included in the cardiology discount.

Yes! The discount applies to any type of hospitalization, surgery or not.

We don’t offer direct discounts for ophthalmologist appointments. However, you can get 40% off any tests prescribed by your eye specialist that are performed at Hospital CIMA.

That means your inicial consultation with the on-call doctor at the CIMA Hospital emergency room is totally free—up to three times a year.
